Commissions Requests are Open

My commission form is currently open for requests!

I will start sorting through the responses roughly 1/7/2025 at 8pm EST. If I do not have enough interest to fill my queue I will leave it open, though I suspect slots will fill quickly.

I try my best to get everyone a chance who responds! I will be looking at type of commission, any time based requirements, and response order. So if you submit a small valentines themed request it will likely get pulled earlier vs. a larger summer theme. As a reminder if I cannot fit you into this commission opening and you submit a request you will automatically be placed on my waiting list. Once I can comfortably take on more work I will reach out to those on my waiting list. No payment is required until I can move you onto my active queue!

As a reminder I work at a somewhat slower pace then furry artists doing this full time. 😅 Also I do tend to get sick a lot in the winter… so please be patient with me. (And keep your paws crossed for an easy cold and flu season) 

Anthro New England & Other cons?

I just wanted to give folks a heads up that I will be poking in Friday evening, Saturday, and maybe a tiny bit of Sunday.

I am undecided if I will go to any other conventions this year. Babyfur Con announced their in-person 2026 date will be over Halloween and that is not something I can do. (Boo!) I will be siging up for the virtual convention though I am not sure if I should run a watercolor demo again.

With the extra time and money I am considering traveling to another convention. I would like to go back to Megaplex but that convention has shifted a lot and gotten quite big. I’m not even sure I know who still goes these days. I’m also looking at Furcationland because I really loved the old Portland, Maine convention.

Kind of Gloomy Holidays

I spent my Christmas very, very sick. I do not typically get fevers but I had one the 24th-26th and lingering illeness until the 31st. I missed out on most of my holiday traditions because of this. I didn’t get to watch anyone open their gifts. But I DID send out Christmas cards and I’m so happy to hear from people that got one in the mail. As always I did not have time/resources to send out as many as I would have liked but I did better this year than usual!!

I was very spoilled for gifts this year. My husband went out of his way to gift me two of my little guys for Christmas. 🥺The grey fluff ball is Luo Binghe’s fursona from Scum Villian’s Self Saving System. This obscure book has been one of my major hyper-fixations for the last few years so it’s always really exciting to find fan merch of it.

I’ve also recently gotten very, very into Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss. Honestly I’ve kind of been downplaying how much I enjoyed it to my husband. Partially because I find it embarassing for reasons I can’t quite figure out and partially because I really dislike slidding into new hyper-fixations. But! I made an offhand comment to my husband about maybe getting a little Stolas keychain someday and he got me one last minute WAAAAAH He’s my new work buddy.

I was also gifted some lovely new daily dresses and kitchen gadgets I’ve been wanting. And pocky. I’m always happy with pocky.

Bonus Sketches

If you read through all of this you can have a treat! Some recent sketchbook work. 😀

I brought my sketchbook on the train to visit family in Deleware for Thanksgiving. Ended up doing some nature studies.

I made a commitment sometime last summer to switch to only sketching in perminate ink. I really feel like it helps me be looser and more confident in sketches. I’ve been really enjoying the Papermate Flair pens for this. I only wish they were water resistant!
